Exercise
- My first triathlon was the "Race to the Face" aka "Top Notch
Triathlon" on August
7th, 1999 which I repeated the following year on August
5th, 2000.
- I signed up for The American
Birkebeiner cross-country ski race in 2000. Unfortunately, it
was rained out.
- I suffered a bike crash while training for the Timberman half Ironman, which
put me on the sidelines for awhile.
- I finished my first full Ironman®
USA
race in Lake Placid in the summer of 2003.
- Because of a herniated disk, I only completed the swim and bike
portions of Ironman®
USA in 2004. I did not attempt the run portion.
I am also known as the Administrative and Billing Contact for the
Voss.ORG domain.
